OZK adheres to high standards and ethics of doing business, including countering possible abuse of office.
Under the 2025 Anti-Corruption Rating of Russian Business, annually conducted by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Company has been classified in Category A, denoting businesses with well-developed system of anti-corruption measures.
The Company encourages employees, partners and others to actively participate in combating corruption, reporting negative events of abuse that may be known to them.
For these purposes and to ensure a prompt response to the facts of corruption, OZK operates the public anti-corruption hotline.

- abuse of authority
- giving or receiving a bribe
- mediation in bribery
- commercial bribery or other illegal use by employees of OZK and OZK Group of their official position in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or property services
Confidentiality of the request is guaranteed.
